We avoid more traditional approaches to teaching that rely heavily on topical lecture while the learners passively sit and listen; instead, we involve learners as active participants in the learning process. Following methodologies are incorporated: Differentiated Learning: Our facilitators adapt curriculum to befit the needs of learners. Rather than simply covering prefabricated material, facilitators easily and effectively adjust training goals and curriculum to equip students in authentic and fresh ways. Differentiated learning takes into account the background, existing understanding, culture, and learning styles of participants. Kinesthetic Learning: Is a learning style in which learning takes place by the student actually carrying out a physical activity, rather than listening to a lecture or merely watching a demonstration. It is also referred to as tactile learning. People with a kinesthetic learning style are also commonly known as do-ers. Visual Learning: Visual learning is a teaching and learning style in which ideas, concepts, data and other information are associated with images and techniques. It also includes kinesthetic learning and auditory learning. |
